You don’t have to be an NBA fan to know just how talented and special Michael Jordan is.
Few athletes transcend their own sport so much.
Jordan is considered not only one of the best basketball players ever but one of the greatest athletes of any sport.
That’s why he was greeted by a bunch of goat noises when he walked by fans this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway before a big race.
The racing aficionados were reminding Jordan that he is still the greatest of all time, even years after retiring from the game, via Nice Kicks on Twitter.

Jordan is used to it at this point.
Even though he doesn’t sit down for many interviews or make too many public appearances, his presence looms large over the NBA to this day.
That’s because he is still considered the best of the best.
There is good reason for that, of course.
During his 15 years in the league, he was a 14-time All-Star, ten-time scoring champion, six-time champion, and five-time MVP too.
His career average was an astounding 30.1 points and 6.2 rebounds a game on 49.7% from the field.
And since retiring, he has become a brand larger than any other athlete in history.
His last name is considered the best of the best when it comes to talent on the court and also quality in sports-related attire, especially shoes.
Even for people who have never watched basketball, Jordan is a titan of the game.
Because of that, he has grown accustomed to being treated this way no matter where he is.
